Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A: After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number. Please add our e-mail: orders@xwdesigns.com to your address book, or ensure you have disabled any spam filters you may have so that our e-mails can be received. An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after they are placed.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: All orders are shipped via insured and trackable methods. After placing your order, you will receive an email from us where you can find the tracking number for your package. You can go to the carrier’s website and track your order there.

Q: Will there be import taxes and duties?

A: It depends on the destination. Currently, no taxes and duties are being charged for orders from the US and Canada. However, xwdesigns.com cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local government on orders delivered to countries other than the United States and Canada.

Q: What if my order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days?

A: Delivery times do vary depending on the postal service to the destination. Please also allow extra time for custom clearance if you are ordering from outside of the US and Canada. The best option would be to check with your local post office as sometimes notice of attempted delivery may have been misplaced. Contact details of your local post office can be obtained through the website of your country's postal service. We may be able to trace your parcel if it isn't at your destination, but please note that a full trace will take a minimum of 7 days due to postal requirements.
